An interview with Michaela Palmer

Hello everyone out there in "radio land". This is Kit Palmer checking in for the 7th Annual World Wide Festival of Races event. We've started out on our walk. This year we're participating in the one mile Bubba Fun Run/Walk. Still recovering from back surgery a month ago, so so we're out here walking. Right now I've got my two sons and one of my daughters along with Bubba the Mastiff and his sister Georgia-Girl. We're out into our our one mile walk for about, I don't know, probably a quarter of a mile into the walk. Right now gotta break in the rain. It's been raining here with the hurricane off the east coast. So it has been pretty rainy day all day today but we're out here walking our one mile. Hope we will beat the rain clouds and get back inside before it gets too wet...

Good afternoon everyone this is Kit. Just checking in with you to let you know I'm still alive and kicking. I've been meaning for the last two or three weeks to sit down and write a blog post...just to get everyone that follows my blog up to speed on where things are with my back surgery and recovery from that. There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day between trying to get caught up with things at work and around the house, I just haven't been able to make time to do it. So I decided to record another phone blogs just to get some information out to you guys. First I want to thank everyone for your all the well wishes and prayers that I got from people through Facebook and Twitter and text messages and e-mails and voice-mails...
